I saw little fairies flying towards me

I stared back at them, startled and surprised

I was about to try and catch one when I heared booming thunder

The little fairies fell to the ground until there were none flying at all

If only there would have been a way to help them fly

And where each fairy died there has since grown a fern

Where I tell children stories of the fae

And how they guided the fairies to a terrific flight

For fairies are real, and they have been found
