WHAT IS FOLATE?
It is also known as folic acid.
It assists on the making of new cells like those in bone marrow.

Sources of folate
There are several sources like
-Green vegetables
-peanuts and peas
-bread,pasta and waffles

WHAT OF I EAT TOO MUCH?

  • Imcreases cholesterol
  • Abdominal bloating

WHAT IF I DONT EAT ENOUGH?

  • Become fatigued easily
  • Feel tired and weak
  • Dizziness, rapid heartbeats
  • Feeling short pf braeth
  • Poor apetite

WHO IS IN MOST RISK OF VITAMIN B DEFICIENCY?

  • Alchohol abusers
  • The elderley
  • Smokers
  • People with chronic digestive problems
  • People om strict diets

Vitamin B can affect medications for diseases like epilepsy and Parkinson's disease.

It is a important vitamin and we should take it in the right amounts in order to remain healthy and not suffer from deficiency diseases.

What happens of I don't eat enough?

  • Can contribute to kidmey damage
  • Causes nausea
  • Increases cholesterol
  • Abdominal cramps
  • Abdominal bloating
