Foodborne illness is any illness resulting from the consumption of contaminated food, pathogenic bacteria, viruses, or parasites that contaminate food
Most susceptible to elder pregnant women and newborns

CAUSES OF FOOD BORNE ILLNESS
Bacteria starts to grow every 20 minutes or less
Cleaning is just wiping the area & sanitizing is using a chemical based cleaner
Steps of hand washing make sure you use hot water clean under your fingernails 20seconds
Make sure you wear closed toe shoes and use certain heat protector items
You should never wear any droopy clothing because you could get burned

Ways to prevent cuts don't rush learn how to use your knifes
If you get cut clean with alcohol apply pressure to stop bleeding and put a bandage on it
Sweep up broken glass pick up the big pieces
If you have a grease fire put a top on it wait till it goes out
