FOOD HANDLING 1

  • Wash hands.
  • Get all your utensils ready.
  • Careful when you are cutting food.
  • Check date on all food.
  • Cough and sneeze away from the food.

FOOD HANDLING 2

  • Clean between food items
  • Use different tools.
  • Hair has to be put back.
  • Wash fruit and vegetables
  • Keep hands away from face and hair.

FOOD HANDLING INFORMATION

  • Wash hands because it could risk contaminating the food with germs
  • Have everything out and ready to use.
  • Hair has to be put back because hair can fall in your food.
  • Check date on all food because it can smell or make you sick.
  • If you put your hands on your face or hair there could germs or bacteria that could make you sick

STORAGE

  • Keep cabinet shelves clean
  • Put opened food in containers
  • Put cold food in fridge
  • Put garbage in garbage can
  • Keep storage organized

STORAGE

  • Hang towels up where they belong
  • Seal bags and boxes up after use
  • Go through fridge and cabinets for expired food
  • Put labels on containers
  • Put clean dishes in cabinet after the dishwasher is done

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • Keep shelves clean so bugs won't be living on them
  • Your food will stay fresh with no bugs in them
  • You dont want the cold food to spoil in the wrong storage
  • You will be able to figure out what food is what
  • Organize your storage so it wont be cluttered or hard to find things
