  • Lower class drank ale because wine showed wealth
  • People drank up to a pound of beer per day

  • They are good for sallades or to garnish boiled meats,
  • make one rellish a cup of wine.
  • Very popular food

  • Showed your wealth
  • Most people drank 1-2 gallons a day
  • They Are known as "drunkards"
  • Rhenish-German wine

DRINK(WATER)

  • People would drink water but it was not popular
  • Had bacteria and chemicals so it was not popular
  • Got people sick and some even died
