PRESENTATION OUTLINE

BACALAO

  • Salted cod with bread fried or stewed with tomato soup
  • I am a fan of seafood and I would like to try fish prepared differently

CALAMARES

  • Fried squid rings
  • I have had calamary before but not prepared in a spanish tradition style

MONTADITOS

  • Small filled buns, often toasted
  • I eat bread all the time, and I am always interested to try variations

JAMÓN IBERICO

  • Thinly sliced salt cured ham
  • Ham is my favorite type of meat. I prefer ham over other meats.

GAZPACHO

  • A soup made from raw vegetables with a tomato base
  • I don't like the tomatoes.
  • Trying it when it's prepared differently could change my mind
