The Plan My current goal is to lose weight and I need to remember to "set goals that are specific" (Section 2.4 page 10). The plan is to lose 1-2 pounds per week through a mix of exercising and dieting.
Exercise in the gym for about half an hour at least 4 days per week.

I like swimming a lot and because I need to be "happy in life" and "have some fun along the way" (Section 2.4 Page 12) I will replace exercising some days with swimming.
I will cut down on carbs meaning no pasta and rice for me
