How does the technology work?
The fossil fuels are coal and natural gas. They are fuels because they release heat when they are burned. They are fossil fuels because they where formed from the remains of living organisms millions of years ago.

How can fossil fuels be used and what she some examples of its current use?
Fossil fuels are used to fuel cars and airplanes and lots of other things. Plus it puts heats in our homes.

What affects does fossil fuels have on the environment?
The carbon dioxide helps trade the heat in the atmosphere. Contributing to potential warming of the Earth and global warming.

Is fossil fuels widely accepted today why or why not?
The burning fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas is now widely accepted to have a negative effect on the environment through the release of harmful carbon dioxide emissions.

POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES

  • Fossil fuels have the capacity to generate large amounts of energy.
  • Fossil fuels also have a cheap cost they are an abundant supply with makes them easier to mine for
  • One of teh most negative affects of fossil fuels is global warming.
