HOW TO MAKE ESCARGOT
- What you need
- Butter
- Snails
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley

Method
Melt the butter in the pan over low heat then add the shallots, snails and garlic.
Slowly cook it for ten minutes then season it with salt and pepper. Then stir in the parsley the let it cool
