• Was in a cotton plantation
• Was sold to a different plantation
• Had escaped slavery at the age of 20
• Wanted to be an abolitionist
• Wrote the top newspaper the north star

WAS IN A COTTON PLANTATION

WAS SOLD TO A DIFFERENT PLANTATION

HAD XCAPED SLAVERY AT THE AGE OF 20

CHANGED HIS NAME TO FREDERICK DOUGLASS
