The real estate market in Frederick County is showing signs of continued health and recovery. Demand continues, listings are up and time on market is down.
Sellers got 97% of list price on average, same as last June.
Cash deals were 13% of sales. Investors and flippers are finding a good market in Frederick this summer. 60% of loans were with Conventional financing, 16% were FHA. (As FHA raises fees, they become more irrelevant in the market)
