- He was convicted and voted for death.

- Wanted everyone to have rights and freedom of speech but this didn't apply to women.
- Passed by France's National Constituent Assembly in August 1789.

- The women marched in October 1789
- Group of women ransacking the city for weapons and marching to king Louis's palace to confront him.
- Women didn't have rights to do anything. They all gathered up to gain their rights.
