Technology in the 21st Century Whether we believe, accept it or not technology is here to stay, and is constantly evolving and developing. Almost all students today are exposed to some form of technology in their classrooms. To prepare 21st Century learners for a global society, they need 21st skills that can be reached through technology. Technology can guide students toward thinking critically about what they are learning, building interpersonal communication skills, collaborating more effectively with teams, and creating and innovating new ideas, concepts, and products.
Technology is an integral part of the classroom in the 21st century. It is the language that 21st century learners can relate to. It is fun and engaging when integrated properly in a classroom.
I DO BELIEVE THAT I AM WELL EQUIPPED WITH TECHNOLOGY TOOLS THAT I CAN EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT IN MY CURRICULUM AND CLASSROOM. MANY OF THE APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITES THAT WE HAVE USED IN THIS COURSE WERE VERY ENGAGING AND INTERESTING THAT MADE LEARNING A LOT OF FUN. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM ONCE I BECOME A TEACHER.
