We wanted Menu A since it was cheaper and more reasonable for the customers. However the outcome of our budget does not meet our requirement. So we decided to change it into Menu C.

Expenses

• Buffet : $13.90 x 420 =$5838
• Drinks(rose syrup): $4.20x3 = $12.60
• Total : $5838 + $12.60 = 5850.60

• $27.50 x 420 = 11550
