OUR COACHES

COACH FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME...OUR FOCUS IS ON PLAYER IMPROVEMENT!

WE WORK

WE WORK TOGETHER! AND WE HAVE FUN!

Here is the truth about Coaches who use the words “COLLEGE EXPOSURE”....it’s overused and a poor reason to choose a team. Not to mention it’s false and no coach should ever use it as a tactic to lure players! If you want COLLEGE EXPOSURE make a great skills video and combine it with a thorough players resume and send it with your upcoming schedule to the College you want to go to. It is YOUR JOB (not your parent…

WE BELIEVE IN:

TEAMWORK, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, WORK ETHIC, COACHABILTY AND FOCUS.

We support multiple sport athletes. We also support a balance between family and softball. We don’t play every weekend. Our expectations for our players is a commitment to softball from mid-April through July (depending on age group). You owe it to your teammates to be at practices!

WE HONOR THE GAME!

WE PLAY IN TOURNAMENTS THAT CHALLENGE OUR ABILITIES! WE NEVER TROPHY HUNT! WE WILL PLAY TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE.

We don’t grow when things are easy, we grow when we face challenges.

PLAYERS FEES

  • $125 for Current Summer ball Fundamentals.
  • $175 For New Fall Rookies.
  • $625 All Summer Players
  • $325 due by December 1, 2022
  • Sibling discount-$100 off each players fee.
  • Fundraising opportunities available as well as business scholarships.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We try to stay as local as possible, however, out of state tourneys will be discussed with parents if team skill level warrants it.

FALL BALL

  • Tentatively we will be playing Sunday DH for Fall Ball as close to Springfield as possible. We may have the option of one day events as well.
  • Practices will be twice a week 430-630 pm at Bob Keefer Turf Fields, Maple Elementary Turf Field, and Bob Artz Sport Complex.
  • Practice is dependent on turf availability.

PRACTICE INFORMATION

  • Individual or small group work is possible as we know team practice is the bare minimum. Please ask a coach about early/late birds.

We plan on starting Summerball tourneys the 2nd or 3rd weekend of June and finish summer the last week of July. 3-4 Tourneys plus multiple weeknight DH’S home/away. 2-3 practices per week depending on game schedule. Usually 530-730, with optional extra work for early/late birds.

“The minute you get away from FUNDAMENTALS- whether it’s proper technique, work ethic or mental preparation- the bottom can fall out of your game, your schoolwork, your job, whatever you’re doing.” Michael Jordan

This is why we pick developmental teams instead of teams that worry about winning. I’d rather watch kids get better day in and day out then win all the time and not develop in the game.

Hats: $12, SS T’s $10
