  • Malaria-is a diseases in the blood that is transmitted through a certain type of mosquito

THE SYMPTOMS OF MALARIA

  • The symptoms of malaria- severe shaking chills-high fever- sweating as body temp goes down- vomiting.

HOW DO YOU GET MALARIA?

  • How do you get malaria-malaria is caused by getting bit by a mosquito that has parasites in it.

IS MALARIA CONTAGIOUS?

  • Malaria contagious-malaria is contagious but not with direct contact by a mosquito biting a person with malaria then that mosquito has it.

HOW MANY OF CASES OF MALARIA IN THE IS ARE THEIR?

  • How many malaria cases where there in the us-nearly 2000 cases of malaria was filed in 2013 and most from are travelers coming from other country's.

HOW MANY CHILDREN WORLD WIDE HAVE MALARIA?

  • How many children get malaria-90% of children that get malaria are in Africa and not in the us.

HOW IS MALARIA TREATED?

  • How is it treated-you can get medication but it depends where you where infected

IS THERE A CURE?

  • Is there a cure- yes but you will most likely have to be on hospital stay and after a while you can leave but still have to take medication.
