GALILEO'S EARLY LIFE

  • Born February 15, 1564 in Italy
  • Enrolled in the College Of Pisa
  • Accepted in 1882
  • Had a degree in medicine.

THREE MAJOR EVENTS

  • Hired as a math teacher at College of Pisa
  • Heliocentric theory became popular
  • Is put under house arrest for going against
  • (Cont) Church teachings and beliefs.

GALILEO'S MARITAL AND FAMILY

  • He did have a girlfriend though, Marina Gamba
  • He had 3 children and a short relationship
  • (Cont) with Marina Gamba.

  • Died on January 8, 1642

  • He died of Heart problems and Fever.
