ROTATION

  • Planets rotate around the sun and that
  • Is how they get there summer and winter.
  • One side of the planet would be facing the sun
  • And that side would be summer. The side that
  • Is not facing the sun that side would be winter.

SUN AND MOON

  • The sun rises in the east and sets
  • In the west. The moon does the same
  • Thing except it is dark out.

STARS

  • Sometimes of the year you can see
  • Certain stars like the Orion belt.
  • (Ex: say it is winter and you can see the
  • Orion belt, well when it is summer you mind
  • Not be able the Orion belt)

DAYS OF THE YEAR

  • do you know why a year is 365 days?
  • It is because it takes 365 days for earth to
  • Go all the way around the sun and and get its
  • Summer and winter. Summer is 92 days and winter
  • Is 274, if you were not counting fall and spring.
