Step Four

Lift your non-turning foot and put it on your knee.

Step Five

Turn whichever way is most comfortable.

Remember

You have to really throw your body in the turn.

Spot every turn

Keep your eyes at a certain place every time you turn.

Spotting

This is very important to know how to do.

Step Six

Next, you are going to start the actual fouette.

Practice makes perfect.

Practice the previous steps continuously.

Arm positioning

This is the easiest part of the turn.

First Positon Arms

Start off with your arms in front of you.

Second Position Arms

Move your arms so they are horizontal.

Third Position Arms

One of your arms will look like it is in second.

Third Position Arms Cont.

The other will look like it is in first position.

Putting the steps together.

You have to keep turning and whip your leg.

"Whipping"

Kick your leg out and then into your knee.

Do the whipping continuously.

These are the steps in one picture.
