AN EXERCISE for learning meanings and key vocab in Chapter 10 of "Genki, An Integrated Course of Elementary Japanese." Includes relevant photos to associate with each Kanji and aid in memorization.
A WORD ON THE CHARACTERS USED WITHIN This was made using Haiku Deck; the Japanese fonts are unpredictable and sometimes look more like Chinese characters then Japanese. So students, please beware of this and do not try to copy the form of these Kanji when writing; always follow the instructions of your teachers and textbooks regarding the handwritten forms of Kanji and Kana--they are often different than what you see in print.
THE PHOTO on the first slide show the remains of the 1815 Aurora Steam Grist Mill, behind the historic Aurora Inn, a property that until recently was owned by Wells College in Aurora, NY, U.S.A.
Enjoy!
