Acute angle

An angle that is below 90°.

Obtuse angle

An angle that measures more than 90° but less than 180°.

Right angle

An angle that measures exactly 90°.

Straight angle

An angle that measures 180°

Vertical angle

Angles who are diagonal to each other.

Adjacent angle

Angles who are beside, or across from each other.

Complementary angle

Two angles that equal 90° when combined.

Supplementary angle

Two angles that equal 180° when combined.

Corresponding angles

2 angles that are congruent to one another.

Transversal angles

A line that goes through two parallel sides.

Acute triangle

A triangle with 2 acute angles.

Right triangle

A triangle with one right angle.

Obtuse triangle

An angle that has one angle that measures more than 90°.

Scalene triangle

A triangle with no equal sides.

Equilateral triangle

A triangle where all sides are equal.
