  • He showed dedication through Valley Forge.
  • Was in charge of strategy and logistics.
  • Controlled parts of American and French army.
  • His leadership skills are why they won the war.

Constitutional Convention

  • Crafted the Constitution
  • He didn't want to look like he was begging for power.
  • He helped make major decisions.
  • It finally got ratified because Washington supported it.

Presidency

  • He got elected by the Electoral College.
  • Didn't have any examples to follow
  • Made the precedent of The Cabinet
  • Made decisions best for the country not for himself
  • Gave a Farewell Address for us all to live by.

CONCLUSION

  • George Washington was humble, dedicated, and smart.
  • He stepped down from power, he didn't get fired
  • He was one of the first people to not be greedy with power.
  • George Washington was one of our most influential leaders of all time.
