To what extent do you believe general education teachers understand their student's needs who are on IEPs and 504s?

participants will write on sticky notes a percentage between 10 and 100%.
Have them share there thoughts with their neighbor and then place sticky on consesusogram at front wall.

Student Agency

seek meaning. act with purpose. achieve desirable conditions. 


Theory:
My "why" comes back to student agency:

Young people with high levels of agency do not respond passively to their circumstances; they tend to seek meaning and act with purpose to achieve the conditions they desire in their own and others' lives.

Student agency is the opposite of helplessness

My "what" is helping teachers (case managers and counselors) help their students create iMovie trailers to share with their general education teachers to personalize the IEP.
