• Title: Introduction of Global Warming

• Content covering: Geography, Technology

Overall Goal:

• Students will understand basic information about global warming.

Objectives:

• Student will research basic information about global warming
• Student will discuss about their research with each other in class
• Students will write a report to summarize their research about basic informatio of global warming

Procedures (Part 1)

• Teacher display pictures and ask question"what cause those phenomena happen?"
• Student explore some basic information about global warming, such as what it is or when it happes, through both textbook and Internet

Procedures (Part 2)

• Student search some examples, could be pictures or videos, and data about global warming in recent year through Internet
• In-class discussion: Student exchange ideas and findings basing on their reasearch
• Each student write a research report in an electrinic form

Standards

• Know and learn relative technology
• Understand information processing method, and improve ability of using information
• Use technology tool to support collaborative learning
• Use technology resource to analyze problem and make decision, develop ability of problem-solving

Changes

• One gifted student could team up with one student with learning disability. For this case, individual work will change to team work.
