Gluten free diet

Going gluten free means taking out good grains.

Those grains provide fiber, minerals, and B vitamins.

You do that you will need to substitute fiber from food like brown rice, quinoa, vegetables, and fruits.

Gluten free bread made from tapioca, white rice, and other kinds of gluten free flours usually do not have vitamins added.
