So, God made man. What about cavemen? Were there really stupid knuckle-dragging trogledytes grunting around saying "Oooh, aaahh?" Nope. God made people very smart all the way at the beginning. Plenty of people lived in caves a long time ago. David lived in a cave for a long time, but he was extremely smart. He wrote longs of songs and he could play the harp. He lived in a cave, but that doesn't make him stupid. Let's watch a short movie about cavemen called Neanderthals.

God has made you the way you are. If you have brown hair, be happy! That's how God made you! If you have green eyes, be happy! That's how God made you! If you are a boy, be happy! That's how God made you! If you are a girl, be happy! That's how God made you! If you are super short, be happy! That's how God made you! If your hair is really fluffy, be happy! That's how God made you! It hurts God's feelings when we tell Him that we don't like how He made us.

Romans 9 says, "But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’ ”Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for special purposes and some for common use?" God makes us the way He wants us to be, and if there is something we don't like, we don't have any right to blame God; He is creator and He can make what He wants. Never say, I wish "I wish I had black hair," or, "I wish I was a boy," or "I wish I was a girl." It makes God so sad. God made you the way He wanted you to be.

That was a good video, but they forgot one thing. When Adam and Eve felt ashamed, they tried to make themselves clothes of fig leaves, but God said that that was not good enough.

God made them coats from animal skins to cover them. This was very sad, because an animal had to die. Sin always hurts. Adam and Eve's sin hurt the animal, and it didn't do anything wrong. Our sin hurt God. Jesus had to die on the cross, and He didn't do anything wrong. But Jesus's sacrifice will do it. His sacrifice will cover our sins so we will not be ashamed any more.

What was Adam's curse? In Genesis 3:19, God says to Adam, "By the sweat of your brow will you have food to eat until you return to the ground from which you were made. (WIPE YOUR FOREHEAD. WHEW! THAT'S HARD WORK!) For you were made from dust, and to dust you will return."

God cursed Eve. He said to Eve, ". . . you will desire to control your husband, but he will rule over you." I Peter 3:1 says, ". . . wives must accept the authority of your husbands."

Is it hard to obey, sometimes? Eve had to obey all the time! She had to learn how to say, "Yes, sir, Adam!" She didn't have to do that before!"

This is an ancient carving of a dragon, which usually looks like a snake with legs. The Bible calls the devil a dragon.

Sin hurt the man. It hurt the woman. It even hurt the snake. Sin brings death. But God had a plan to take away our sin. God said that without shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. So people had to make sacrifices.

A lamb had to die instead of the person that sinned. Remember, sin brings death. It was sad. But then Jesus came.

Jesus died for our sins. Now I do not have to die for my sin. Now, a lamb does not have to die for my sin. Jesus' sacrifice was so powerful, that nobody needed to make a sacrifice any more, ever.

Now, what do we need to do?
