The people who found the gold rush were John white and a couple of other prospectors. John white was going to give up till he found a medium sized nugget. The they stayed and kept mining and hit big.
A lot of people started coming to bannack and they all started to mine all over the place people started to dig and they wanted to get money.
The Last Chance Gulch is named dat because dats where da gold was
found fo da 1st time son. It's pretty dope son.
