  • Jobs such as clerical work was common
  • Women also worked for army intelligence programs who helped to scout out drop spots for paratroopers

  • Women lived in hotels and were prioritized behind men
  • Women faced sexism because men thought women could not do their jobs

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Virginia Hall won the first distinguished service cross for a female

ORGANIZATIONS

  • G2 which was a military information unit.
  • Some women worked in social security
