Recently there has been a lot of news going on saying, that the government reopened. The familys that are working for the government are luckily working again and making money again. Trump made a deal that he will shutdown the government in order to have the wall he wanted

I chose historical lens because I knew this situation that happened would be a very big impact on history

This decision was made in Washington D.C at the White House (they made this decision in a meeting)

I think this is newsworthy because this was a big deal and was spreading around all over the internet and news

I chose this topic because I am very interested in politics and history and I knew this would make a big impact on them both

• And the senate wouldn’t give him the 5.7 billion dollars
• For a wall along the southern border
• The government shutdown and many workers were not paid.
