The setting was mostly at
Grandad's house but then they went to the police station, dads cafe, the fun park, around town and the presentation ceremony.
I don't think that this book was made for any particular gender. It wasn't made for just girls or just for boys.
The Internet says that this book was made for children from years between 4 - 8 but I think children from all ages can read it.
Even though this book didn't explain the characters much you still knew a heap about their personalities.
Next I'm going to show you a brief outline of the plot.
Grandad loses his false teeth and someone has stolen them. Him and his family go all around town looking for people who might be suspects, whoever doesn't smile at him count as one.
Here is a bit of text from the book:
Inspector Rate looked grave. " we've made a through search of the room and house but we've found nothing at all, no teeth, no clues. Everyone was at home at the time of the theft so how the thief got in and out, without being seen, is a mystery."
