MY GRANDMA COMES TO SCHOOL

BY MICHAEL CONEFREY AND MARY JO FEENEY

My Grandmother was born on March nineteen,1942 in St. Mary's hospital in SF.

Her first and most vivid memory was standing on a sofa at her home on second AVE.,waiting for her father to get home from work.

Her first four years of childhood were on 2nd Ave.After World War Two,she moved to Novato for a year. After that she lived on Sgt. Street.

My Grandmother Always wanted to be a teacher,Lawyer,or an actress. She eventually became a teacher of school and Irish dancing.

My grandmother did not go to college at first because she had to take care of her three children. She started taking her first three units of college when her oldest child and my aunt,Lisa,Started high school. She graduated college The same year her youngest Child,my mother, graduated High school.

If my grandma won the lottery,She'd make sure all of my family would betaken care of financially,And then share it with those who need it.

Some traditions my family shares are Irish dancing. My Mother And grandmother teach Irish dancing and ate able to share our culture with other people.

If my grandma could go back to any age,She would go back to age 21 and really enjoy and appreciate her children.

My Grandmother's happiest moment was when me and my cousins were born.
