Deep Breathing

  • Every human is born with the ability to breath, regardless of beliefs, choices, gender, race, etc.
  • Yoga, reiki, meditation, and exercise all require it
  • Can be further charged with recitation of a manifesting mantra

Gratitude Meditation

  • Begin with gratitude for the simplest constant in life: breathing
  • Gratitude for your lungs which allow you to send oxygen to every corner of your body
  • Extend gratitude to every area of your life, even if it's just the little things that warrant gratitude

Breathing Techniques

  • Remember your breath during any type of meditation
  • The breath is an easy place to bring focus back

Breathing Techniques

  • Index finger and thumb
  • 4-6 counts
  • Count number of breathes to 100
  • Pair 4 deep, intentional breathes with your manifesting mantra

Gratitude

  • As part of your evening journal practice, start reflecting on little moments of the day that you are grateful for
  • The more you do this, the more powerfully you connect to the energy of gratitude

Action Steps

  • Continue your journaling and meditation practice
  • Add the Gratitude meditation to a rotation of meditation practices
  • Recite your manifesting mantra every day
  • Fill out the Past/Present Injury Form
