Getting Started

• Click on "App Store"
• Type "group health mobile" into search
• Download Group Health Mobile App onto phone
• Register for account/password at https://member3.ghc.org/account/register

Open the App

You will then be taken to the home screen

"My Care" tab allows you to:

• View and schedule appointments
• Send and receive messages from your doctor
• See your lab & test results
• View your medications and request refills
• Read after-visit summaries
• Review your immunizations, health conditions, and allergies

"Symptom Checker" lets you:

• Enter your symptoms to find out whether you should be seen by a doctor

"Consulting Nurse" tab...

• Call or email a Nurse with questions
• 24 hours a day

"Locations" tab

• View Group Health locations on map
• Easily access hours, phone numbers, addresses, services, and wait times

"Wait Times" tab

• View current lab and pharmacy wait times at any Group Health location
