What You Need

  • Takes just minutes to set up
  • All you need is your iPhone or Android smartphone (iOS 7.0 or later) and your Group Health Member ID#

Getting Started

Open the App

And simply enter your Member ID # and Password

You will then be taken to the home screen

From here, simply click on any box for more details

"My Care" tab allows you to:

  • View and schedule appointments
  • Send and receive messages from your doctor
  • See your lab & test results
  • View your medications and request refills
  • Read after-visit summaries
  • Review your immunizations, health conditions, and allergies

"Symptom Checker" lets you:

  • Enter your symptoms to find out whether you should be seen by a doctor
