MUSCLE FIBRES
- All muscles have fibres
- Fibres are thine strips like thread that make up the muscle
- Every one has muscle fibres
- The more exercise you do the thicker the muscles fibres get
When yo do exercise you damage your muscle making small tears in your muscle fibres when these muscle fibres heal they get thicker making your muscle grow.
When you have a day away from doing exercise it gives your muscles time too repair the tares that doing exercise has made.This is the most important part because in this space of time your muscle fibres get thicker and as I have already said making your muscles grow.
If the process is constantly repeated the muscle fibres will get to a point where they are as thick and as large as you would like them .
It is important too eat protein. Protein is muscles and muscle fibres. Protein is also what makes your muscles go hard and this is a stage of there growing process
