Age 2- college years, even olympic years.
The children get pushed really hard in practice
To the point of when they start to cry.

In gymnastics these gymnast train 6-8 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Their practice is pretty harsh because they get sat on by their heavy coaches to make them more flexible.
They need to practice on sprained ankles, broken limbs, and rips from the parallel bars.
There is alot of blood, sweat , and tears in their practices.

Japan has made it to the olympicc so many times.
In order to be the best you need to train the best.
They train for longer practices and have harder skills.
The olympic gymnasts train alot more than regular gymnasts.
