Guess what? Hamsters DON'T have a preference. They are usually, like most mammals, either dichromatic or see in green and blue.
For the food Liv chose fruit, while, Maddie chose cheese.
LIV'S REACTIONS

MADDIE'S REACTIONS:
Country-Panic and Fright.

Classic-Slow and Sleepy.
I made this test to figure out the preferences of hamsters. What I did, was I got my 2 hamsters and tested them at different times. For the colors, I didn't do anything, due to their color-blindness. For the food, I put the choices, shown in the slideshow, in separate corners of their cage. Lastly, for the music choices, also shown in the slideshow, I played all three choices of music at different times. I recorded their reactions, to compare them to each other, to deduct which type of music they preferred.
