• One problems land owners in China faced included limited space.
• Another problem would be the lack of communication between farms/cities.
• The different reforms Wang Mang put in place lead to his own downfall.
• He believed land owners had to much power so he divided the land.
• The peasants that recieved this land revolted as some were also land owners.
