LIU BANG

• He started as a peseant and became the emperor later on.
• He was the first emperor of the han dynasty. He was born from a dragon.
• He also was the founder of the han dynasty.
• He named it the han dynasty because he was named the king of the han when he was relocated to hanzong.

HAN WUDI

• Han wudi made the schools follow the Confucius system and ideas and implement them in learning
• He launched attacks on surrounding civilizations, and isolated china from european countries.

LAND AND REFORM

• They went into debt and they were forced to be hires workers or have rent paying tenants.
• He removed some of the tax burden on poor peasants
• He also declared that families of less then eight and more than fifteen acres had to distribute land.
