MANAGE STRESS

  • Negativities: Anxious, fearful, age faster, irritability
  • Preventions: anything that relaxes you
  • (Yoga, exercise, etc)(things you like/calm you down)

SLEEP

  • Negatives: puts you in a pre diabetic state, messes with metabolism
  • decreases productivity, tampers with immune system, moody, tired, anxious
  • Should get at least 8 hours a night
  • Turn off all electronics, get on a sleeping schedule, go to bed at reasonable time

BE YOURSELF!

  • we tend to think more about what society and others think about us
  • be who you are ment to be and you will find people who like you for who you are
  • you don't have to be serious all the time
  • being silly is ok when you are an adult
  • Act like a child sometimes, have fun

FAITH

  • have faith, someone higher you can talk to
  • Some things are meant to be:
  • sometimes you have no control over certain things
  • don't try and change things
  • let them do what they are supposed to do

  • You can't buy happiness
  • You will always want more

  • Body relaxer
  • Stress reliever
  • yoga helps your mind body and soul
  • It can make you feel better and let go of the bad things

  • makes you feel more productive and even healthier
  • Being optimistic, hopeful, and positive
  • become less ill, recover quicker, have more life and energy
