What I thought of the book...

Personally, whilst I was reading this book, I was entering a world of magic, mystery and adventure. Although at first I found it hard to enjoy, after a while, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

MAIN CHARACTERS!
In this book, the main characters are Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasely. I would describe them as cheeky, cunning and inquisitive, as they are first years and are new to Hogwarts. Especially for Harry, because, he is new to the entire wizardry world...

A SUMMARY;
Harry is held captive in the Dursley's house, plus putting up with Dudley( his cousin).Then he receives a profusion of letters and Uncle Vernon is intolerant and confused by this intrusion, so , they move, not realising the letters are from Hogwarts (a magical school).

Consequently, Hagrid- who works at Hogwarts- visits them and tells Harry that he is a wizard and how his parents died. Harry arrives at Hogwarts, by train, and meets Ron and Hermione on his way. As a team, they delve into a series of magical adventures. When, they meet their match on a quest to find the Philosopher's Stone.

Would I recommend this book?
and why..
I would recommend this book to 8yrs + because, firstly, I think the vocabulary may be a little advanced for children under the age of eight, although, the creativity of the book is widely enjoyed by many age groups.

I think that this age category is suitable for this book because lots of children enjoy this book because of the amount of imagination that is jam-packed into the book that can expand into inspirational ideas. Plus, adults can enjoy the classic writing of J.K Rowling.

I would rate this book ⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️
