Wellbeing is the state of your body being comfortable, happy and healthy.

Physical Wellbeing is the state of being physically healthy. This includes your fitness, nutrition, and the state of being well or ill.

Mental and Emotional Wellbeing is about what you feel and think. For example, you could be feeling happy, angry, or sad.

Social Wellbeing is the state of having a good social life. That means to have good friends and basically have 'companions'. Someone who has no friends would feel depressed and unloved.

Spiritual Wellbeing is about what you believe in. This includes religions or a simple motto or slogan you and your family live up to.

Physical Activity influences with your metal and emotional wellbeing by making you think. When I'm playing sport, I feel happy and energetic.

When you participate in physical activity, you would have a greater chance of not becoming overweight or obese.

Social Wellbeing

When you play sport, you usually have teams. You can talk to your team, and make friends with them. Like when I play basketball, I make loads of friends and have a great social life.

Usually, everyone tells you to 'never give up'. When I play sport, I 'never give up'. That's a motto that everyone knows.
