Hawaii, Maui, oahu, kauai, molokai, lanai, and kahoolawe

sand, water, rocks, wind, and sunlight

crabs, turtles, algae, phytoplankton, and zooplankton

surf perch, sand crabs, isopod, clams, dune beetles, blood worms, and birds

but old seawalls, groins, and piles of rocks made it complicated

i like the sound of waves on the beach and i have always wanted to visit it
