residential care
residential care is where a person leaves their home to be cared for in safe and secure home environment.

  • personal care
  • ensuring they take their medicine at the required time
  • arranging health visits when needed
  • encouraging independence

Day Care
this type of care is for people who need care on a daily basis but not in residential home.

DAY CARE

  • physiotherapy and occupational therapy services.
  • visiting a local community day care centre for social reasons
  • visits to see health care professionals at hospitals.

Nursing care
this is where a person needs more nursing care because they are ill and/or need specialist health care.
