  • increase chance of success.

  • Having the confidence to
  • make responsible decisions
  • promotes your sense of
  • independence.

HEALTHY SELF-ESTEEM

  • Having this can help you
  • accept and recover from
  • difficulties and failures.

IMPROVING YOUR SELF-ESTEEM

SOME WAYS TO IMPROVE

  • Have friends who will respect you.
  • Say things that improve your own self worth.
  • Consider your mistakes as learning experiences.
  • Accept what you can't change, and focus on what you can.
  • Exercise more frequently to feel more energized.
