SECTION 1

  • My own definition of health is staying fit, staying healthy, and staying safe.
  • The well being of your body, your mind, and your relationships with other people.
  • The condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit. Freedom from physical disease or pain.

SECTION 2

  • Eating healthy means to exercise, wash your hands, and stay away from junk food.
  • Sometimes.
  • I said sometimes because most of the time I eat healthy, sometimes I slack and eat junk food.
  • Salad, smoothies, chicken, spagetti, potato soup, cheese-itz, pizza, fruit.

SECTION 3

  • Exercise is important to health because staying fit is important to make you strong and healthy.
  • I exercise because its keeps your body healthy, prevents diseases, and have a healthy weight.
  • If one of my friends didn't exercise, I would give them a motivation to run at least 10 minutes, everyday.

SECTION 4

  • I think we will be covering staying healthy, going through changes, and habits.
  • The thing I would like to cover in this class is being safe.

  • When I had health on my schedule I thought "oh no" because I didnt know what we would learn.
  • When I walked into this class, I had know idea of what was coming!
