MONDAY

  • Exercises were done in my apartment and during my break
  • I exercised at 12pm during my break& 6pm before dinner

TUESDAY

  • I exercised after work at 7pm

WEDNESDAY

  • Did stretching and wall sits during lunch break
  • Aerobics were done in my apartment on my bike

THURSDAY

  • Aerobics and stretching I did at home
  • Stretching I did during my lunch break

FRIDAY

  • Did all aerobics and stretching during lunch break at work

SATURDAY

  • Biking and stretching arms and legs I did at home in my family room

SUNDAY

  • I exercised late morning in my apartment. Working mostly on abs and legs
