WHAT I LEARNED IN 80 DAYS

I can use time management to lower my stress by getting my work done right away.

I am not gonna use alcohol until I'm done with school because it destroys your body.

I can help people that have suicide thoughts by giving them the text4life number.

I can use exercise to improve my physical health to increase my life expectancy.

I can use good choices to make the right decision like moment or most.

I will not drink and drive so I won't get caught for Driving Under the Influence.

I will help stop bullying by help the kids that need friends.

I can use my refusal skills to not get myself in trouble from negative pressure by my peers.

I have seen that social media is becoming a big media influence in the world.

I am not gonna abuse alcohol so I don't get alcoholism.

I gain motivation from positive pressure rather than negative pressure.

I can save someone's life if they stop breathing because of CPR.

If some gets hurt in some way, I can help them with First Aid.

I can achieve my goals with having a good role model in my life.
