EXERSIZE EVERYDAY FOR AN HOUR BY SAIF SALEH

Why to exercise?pt.1
F: One reason exercise is important because it helps you maintaine a healthy wight.
A: one thing you can do to have healthy wight is to swim every 2 days or so.
B: this helps because swimming burns fat in most body part including legs, arms, and midsection.

Why to exercise?pt.2
F: Exercising helps muscle growth. It is important to care about body growth when you are a child, because you are constantly growing up, and the body you make, is the body you'll live with.
A: You can help muscle growth by going biking for 20 minutes every day.
B: This helps muscle growth because it is a low impact sport, which mean when you bike, you are incredibly energizing your leg muscle, and helping them grow.

Why to exercise?pt.3
F:exercise help relive stress.
A: any sport like football or gymnastics, helps relive stress without having to take medicine.
B: when you are under pressure or anxious, exercise can solve your problem. This happens because your muscles are activated when you exercise, and you have fun in the process.

Why to exercise?pt.4
F: Exercise can help you have better and longer sleep.
A: when exercising, the body loses energy, so, the body is "motivated" to sleep to regain this energy.
B: when sleeping, the body regenerates cells and promotes growth of the muscles that were exercised.
