HEALTH TRIANGLE

A HEALTH TRIANGLE IS MADE UP OF THREE THINGS PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.

PHYSICAL HEALTH

  • Getting up and doing something
  • Walking around the mall

SOCIAL HEALTH

  • Spending time with people
  • You don't have to exercise for this you just have to talk
  • Ways you can be social go to school, get a job, or hangout with family/friends

MENTAL HEALTH

  • How do you feel
  • How do you deal with your feelings
  • Talk to someone about how you are feeling
  • Thinking positive will make you positive

MY PHYSICAL HEALTH

  • I think my physical health is bad
  • I don't do any sports or exercise
  • I do walk around by going to the mall

SOCIAL HEALTH

  • I think my social health is good
  • I hangout with friends and my family a lot
  • I go to the mall, work and go over my friends houses

Mental health
I think my mental health Is ok. I talk about my problems with my friends. At night I get depressed because I think to much.

How I'm going to work on my physical health is to walk my dog. Walk around with my friends at the mall

I'm going to improve my social health by joining a club after school and hanging out with my friends more

How I'm going to fix my mental health is by getting negative people out of my life and think positive.

  • Social skills can health you get a job
  • Around 20% of kids have mental problems or disorder
