  • Physical health has to deal with our bodies ability to function
  • Exercise has to do with using your muscles to stay fit
  • Alcohol and drugs interfere with messages to the brain and changes your perception.

Social Health

  • Social Health deals with the way we react with people in our environment
  • A healthy family relationship is one that is supportive, loving, responsible, and balanced.
  • Peer relationships are strong and supportive friendships

  • Ideal health should be a balance of all three.
